A large number of advertizing and automatic letters, spam, old irrelevant correspondence encumbers an electronic mailbox. All mail services are arranged approximately equally, and each of them allows to delete a large number of letters for once.
Instruction
1. It should be noted that letters need to be deleted not from the client software, and directly from the server, otherwise remote letters can be again loaded on the computer. In other words, if you use the The Bat program! Or Outlook, it is necessary to delete e-mails not through them, and via the website of a mail service.
2. To delete all letters which are on the page, and it is normal 20-50 last e-mail'ov, click a tick in the top menu, usually opposite to the designations "Move", "Mark", "Delete", etc. to select all with e-mail on the page and click "Delete". This way will allow to clean the page with the last letters.
3. If huge, for example, one thousand or more – in that case it is inconvenient to delete the number of letters at the same time till 20-50 letters. Operation will need to be repeated every time. For such situation the cleaning of the folder is provided. In Mail.ru of the left top part of a mailbox there is a link "Folders". Having passed on it, the window under the name "Folder list" which contains folders of your mail will open. Click on "Entering", the page will reboot, and you will see the link or the Clean button. Click it to delete everything entering e-mail.
4. In Google Mail (Gmail) click on a tick over subjects of letters. Below there will be a pop-up line "All chains on this page (50) are selected. Select all chains (XXXX) in Entering" where instead of XXXX – the number of letters in the Entering folder. Click on the link "Select All Chains (XXXX) Entering", and then the Delete button located is slightly higher.
5. Removal of all incoming mail in Yandex.Mail is almost similarly made. Activate a tick over letters near the inscription "Entering". On the right in the same line the link "Select All Letters in This Folder" will appear. Click it and then the Delete button in the form of a red cross. Other mail services have similar management systems of e-mail and removal of letters in them occurs similar or approximate to described by the way.
