1. Way No. 1: first, check the computer for viruses, it is desirable, deep check. Set the last bases of an anti-virus system. If there is no antivirus, execute the following.
2. Way No. 2: use free service Deblocker from the Kaspersky Antivirus company - http://support.kaspersky.ru/viruses/deblocker. Check them for existence of suspicious programs for autostart. If you find a virus, delete it from the register.
