The social network "VKontakte" allows to correspond with other users of the website in the mode of messages (old regime) or dialogs (new mode). It is possible delete correspondence with a certain user or the friend through dialogs, and all entering or outgoing messages – through a display mode of messages.
Instruction
1. To delete all correspondence with a certain user (dialog), come into "My messages" on your page of VKontakte. Select a dialog with the user and at the level of the Dialogs and Viewing Dialogs tabs find the reference "Actions". It is located in the upper right corner over the text of a dialog.
2. Click on this link and in a drop-down menu select the Clean the History of Messages item. On the screen there will be a precautionary message in which developers of the website will warn you about impossibility of recovery of a dialog in case of removal and also the Delete and Canceling button. Click "Delete" to erase correspondence with the person.
3. To delete at once a large number of messages, follow the links:
http://vkontakte.ru/mail.php?in=1&cnt=500 – incoming messages;
http://vkontakte.ru/mail.php?out=1&cnt=500 – outgoing messages;
Thumb through the page with messages as low as possible – old messages will be automatically loaded. After that return pages up, click opposite to the Select field the link "everything" and the blue Delete button which appeared nearby. In this mode of removal of messages of VKontakte does not warn the user about impossibility of recovery of remote messages.
