Instruction
1. Open the main menu of a system by clicking of the Start-up button for correction of impossibility of loading of the Localstart.asp file, by default obligatory for the Internet page, and pass into the Programs point.
2. Open the link "Administration" and specify the section "IIS Services".
3. Select the Website by Default group in the directory of the console and open a context menu of the Localstart.asp component by click of the right mouse button in the field of data.
4. Specify the Properties point and go to the Safety of Files tab in the opened dialog box.
5. Use the Change command in the section "Anonymous Access and Authentication" and deselect a checkbox in the new dialog box "Authentication Methods".
6. Open a context menu of the website which caused emergence of the error message of HTTP 500 attempt of application of the 500-100.asp file for correction of errors on the Internet page which is not the Internet page by default by click of the right mouse button and specify the Create point for bug fix execution.
7. Choose the Virtual directory command and press Next in the opened Master of Creation of Virtual Directories window.
8. Enter IISHelp value in the line "Alias" and confirm command execution with clicking of Next.
9. Use the Browse button in the opened dialog box for the choice of the WINNHelpIIsHelp folder and confirm the choice with clicking of Next.
10. Do not change value in fields of the Right of access window and confirm the choice with clicking of Next.
11. Click "Is ready" for completion of operation and return to the Properties point of a context menu of the selected website.
12. Go to the Special Errors tab of the opened dialog box of properties and specify the field of error 500;100.
13. Use the Change Properties button for a call of the Message Type directory and select /IIsHelp/common/500-100.asp value in the field ""URL address".
14. Press the OK button for command execution and confirm application of the selected changes with repeated clicking of the OK button.
