Sometimes users of wireless networks have a need to learn the password from the Wi-Fi if the system ceased to be connected to the Internet automatically. It is possible to solve this problem in several ways.
Instruction
1. Look attentively through documents which to you were transferred by provider at execution of the contract for connection of the Internet to learn the password from the Wi-Fi. Quite often in addition to the login and the password for hardwired connection in the contract or the warranty card for the modem or the router data and for wireless connection are specified here. If wireless connection was configured by the specialist of the company without your participation, call technical support of provider and, having called number of the contract, ask to give the login and the password from Wi-Fi.
2. You can learn the password from Wi-Fi set by default. Usually such information is specified in the instruction to the router or on the website of vendor of the device. If it is not possible to remember the password for wireless connection, you can reset it and install new. For this purpose enter settings of the modem or router, having entered the special address specified in the instruction from vendor into a line of the browser. In the appeared menu pass into the section Wi-fi or "Wireless Connection". Set the new password in the respective field.
3. If the system requests the old password before its change with a new, only output – to execute full reset of current settings and to return them to exposed by default. For this purpose find the option "Reset" or Reset in parameters of the modem or router. Further, as soon as operation will be completed, it will be offered to you to set new parameters of both wire, and wireless connection to the Internet.
4. It is possible to recover the password from the Wi-Fi by means of the Airocrack program which is available in free access on the Internet. Start the program, pass into the section "Interface Type" and select model of your network adapter. Execute start of service of selection of keys and wait some time, then complete the program. After that start Airodump service, specify MAC-filter and the network address of the modem or router. Now move the files created at the previous stage to the Airocrack window. Thus you will be able to pick up the suitable password for Wi-Fi, however if the key is rather difficult, process of selection can take a lot of time.
