One of functions which was added from the very first versions of the program of short messaging of QIP it is need of authorization of the user at introduction of new contact. Until so far authorization will not be approved from each of users, color designations of the status of contact will be unavailable (green, red). Function of viewing the status of the contact person is for this purpose provided.
Instruction
1. To start work in the system of fast messages start the program on your computer, having clicked the label located on a desktop or in the menu of quick start of programs, having pressed the Start-up button in the screen lower left corner.
2. After start of the program it will be offered to you to enter a user name and the password. If you are already registered, enter necessary data if is not present, then in the main menu there is a link, having passed on which it is possible to undergo registration procedure.
3. When the program establishes connection, you will see the list of your contacts. The green QIP logo noted contacts which are in network, red those which are offline. But the contact authorization which it is not coordinated can become an exception. Such contacts are designated by a red logo on the left side on behalf of contact and a red icon with the exclamation mark on the right side.
4. To learn the status of contact – in network it or not, there is a function of check of the status. To enable this option it is necessary to open the contact list, having clicked the QIP icon in the panel of the working programs in the screen lower right corner, by means of double click.
5. Find the user interesting you in the contact list and right-click, having guided the cursor at his name. In the opened menu of settings of contact select the Check of the Status item and click a left mouse button.
6. In the lower right corner of a desktop you will see the pop-up message in which the status of the status of the contact person – "in network" or "not in network" will be specified.
