Each program which exchanges data with the Internet occupies a part of your canal of access to network. When something volume downloads, pages open very slowly or at all are not loaded. Even more difficult than subjects who divides one connection into several computers — one person downloads the movie, and the others cannot even check a mailbox. Instruction
1. You need to find the corresponding menu or the button in the specific utility. Loadings are made in different programs, but the torrent clients and download managers are the most popular. Developers considered need to regulate the speed of work of the applications and built in means for management of load of the channel. It is made in each program differently, but the general principle is identical.
2. Start uTorrent. Double click on a label on a desktop or activate a torrent file through the menu the right mouse button. The program window with the list of the loaded files will open. In a bottom line, find capital letter of U in the right part and digit a row. More to the right you will see letter D. It means download, that is "loading". Right-click near this letter and select value of speed of downloading from the menu. For example, if the file with a speed of 300 kb/s downloads, select 200 kb/s — it will limit downloading speed, but will not stop it. Try different options to achieve the maximum convenience in work of the Internet. There is also other way to expose restriction — through the menu of settings.
3. Left-click the Setup point in a top line of uTorrent. Select a line from a drop-down list "Configuration". The window of parameters consisting of two half will open: categories and possible installations. Click on the inscription "Speed" in a column at the left. In the right part of a window you will see a line "The general restriction of loading" and a window for value. Left-click in this window and enter the necessary number. Then click "Apply" and OK. Now work of uTorrent submits to this restriction. The similar way works also in others a torrent clients.
4. Other case — if downloading is conducted by the special program, for example, of Download Master. Such applications are capable to occupy all available channel too. Click in a main window the Actions program and select the line "Speed". You will see the list from five options among which activate the Adjustable point. Now find the slider in a bottom line of the Download Master window and move it to the left. You will notice at once how the picture in the upper right corner changed. Move the regulator until you achieve suitable speed limit.
