1. Start the server and open the Cstrike folder. Find the configuration file of the server with the name server.cfg and open it. Define a line with hostname value and enter into it a desirable server name after the word hostname.
2. Open the File menu of the top service panel of an application window and choose the Save as command. Specify UTF-8 encoding and deselect a checkbox in the field of bom. Confirm application of the made changes, having pressed the OK button and restart the server.
3. At impossibility of saving the desirable name of the server in UTF-8 encoding, create the copy of all contents of the server.cfg file. Open the main system menu, having clicked "Start-up", and pass into the All Programs point. Open the link "Standard" and start the Notepad application.

6. During the procedure of change of a server name seize the opportunity of shutdown of advertizing in the same server.cfg file. For this purpose at the time of editing the file in the Notepad application define a line with znacheniyemsv_contact cs-imya_reklamy change it to the website. After that find the field with znacheniyemamx_gamename imya_reklamy change it to Counter-Strike. Save the made changes.
