Click this link and on the following page in a new window confirm with the Delete button the solution to exclude this user from "black list".
After clicking the button with the inscription "Delete" this person will disappear from the list of all unwanted persons made to the section. In the similar way it is possible to exclude from this section of all users. But at the same time you should consider that from this point all whom you deleted from "black list" will be able to visit your page again, to comment on a photo and to write you messages. So before excluding the user from a category of bores and unwanted "guests", you should not hurry, and it is better to think properly.
