Instruction
1. For the organization of such game for you several options are possible. The most available - to create own server (and then just to tell the friend of its IP - by the way, in the same way it is possible to allow there actually any number of friends). For a start download the installation file on the server from any devoted to plug-ins and software for resource Minecraft (for example, Bukkit).
2. Make on a desktop of the computer the folder for future playground. Create in it the text document and copy from the configuration file of the install program a line with settings for a 32- or 64-bit system there (depending on technical characteristics of your version of Windows), having inserted them between letter C and a point before the jar extension. In the appeared window click "Yes". Peresokhranite the text file under the name of Start.bat (then delete the source code) and start it. The server and the world on it will begin to be generated.
3. Make the necessary settings on the server. Then start the Minecraft, select the option Add server there and in the opened lines enter a name of the future playground and its IP. To learn the last, find the line ""Execute"" in the starting menu of the computer (if you have XP) or ""Files and folders"" (for Windows 7). There enter cmd, and on the opened console enter ipconfig and click Enter. Copy the address which opened there (through what the Internet works) in the above-stated menu bar of Maynkraft.
4. However it will be not that IP that is required to your friend for an input on your server. To learn the necessary combination of digits, come on an appropriate resource on identification of the network addresses (for example, www.2p.ru), press an input key, and you will need only to copy and give to the friend the highlighted character set.
5. If you do not wish to potter with creation of the server, buy the network cable which will physically connect computers, your with the friend. Open "Maynkraft", wait for creation of the new game world there, then click Esc, and in appeared after this menu select the option "Open for Network". Change settings of a gameplay for the discretion, allow the corresponding button on the screen network access. Then once again start Minecraft (without closing previous), come under other nickname there, select a game on network, rewrite highlighted at this IP and later tell it to the friend.
6. You will be able to play together with the friend on a local area network even without cable if install the free Hamachi program. Download its installer (as well as the installation file for the server), start it. Rewrite the highlighted IP, then press the button starting process of creation of new network and enter own nickname in the field of its identifier, enter the password and click on the inscription "Create".
7. Unpack archive with the server, start the Start file corresponding to bitness of your operating system, open server.properties and enter there in line with motd after "equally" that nickname that it was specified during creation of network in Hamachi.
