For a re-registration of such name it is necessary to perform several operations.

Instruction
1. If you want to transfer the rights of management for the domain, at first write the letter on desire to refuse administration of a domain name addressed to the logger. In the document upper right corner as the recipient enter the name of the CEO of the organization servicing the domain.
2. Write the sender of the letter below. For this purpose note your full names, date of birth, a series, number, date and the place of issue of the passport and also your registered address.
3. Further under the heading "Statement" write that you ask to transfer the rights on administration of the domain to the new administrator, surely having specified it a full name, a series, number, the place and date of issue of the passport.
4. If other domains of future owner are serviced by your logger, note also its number of the contract with the company. Complete the letter, having left the place for the signature and obznachiv date.
5. Then make the second letter on consent to accept a domain name when changing the owner on behalf of future domain administrator. For this purpose write a similar cap in the leaf upper right corner, having replaced own data with attributes of the new owner.
