1. If your box is on Yandex, at first visit the website. At the left find the Remember the Password button in the column "Mail". Click it. Before you the page of restoring access will open. Click "Further".
2. You will pass to the following page. Here it is necessary to select one of ways of restoring access for the login entered by you. The first way – "Confidential Question". Having selected this way, it is necessary to answer a confidential question which you specified during creation of a mailbox correctly. It will serve as the proof for a system that you are the owner of this login. Enter the answer into the corresponding window. Attention - when checking the system does not do differences between uppercase and capital letters! The second way – "Mobile phone". If at registration you specified the mobile phone number, then you can enter it into a window and in a few minutes receive the Sms with the code for restoring access. When finish execution of the way selected by you, click "Further".
