1. If you decided to return money for the goods bought in online store, you should know that process of canceling and return of bank payments can be long and difficult. If you did not receive the paid order, contact bank which possesses your payment card, and write the application for protest of write-off of money from the account. Enclose the document confirming your order in online store to the application.
2. Trial with payment service provider can take from 45 to 90 days – upon termination of this term to you will announce whether your request for return of money is granted, or not. In certain cases can refuse to you return of money – for example if delivery period of goods did not expire yet or if the goods nevertheless were received by the customer.
3. Besides, you need to view attentively the contract for service of the payment card. In some banks one of terms of the contract is the impossibility of protest of the payments made on the Internet. In this case you need to contact shop and to require deliveries of similar goods, motivating the requirements with perfect payment and lack of the goods ordered earlier.
4. If you already received a thing necessary to you by mail, but for some reason want to refuse it and to return it to online store, check conditions and terms of return which each shop installs independently. Do not delay desire to refuse goods – usually it is possible to return goods within one or two weeks after purchase. The online store returns means for the bought thing within several weeks, minus expenses on delivery of goods.
