As a rule, the number of notifications for storage in a box is limited. When the mailbox is filled, you delete unnecessary letters. But there are messages which can be deleted by mistake. The situation, of course, is unpleasant, however it is not necessary to despair — if you have Microsoft Outlook, your letter still can be returned. How it is possible to return remote mail?
Instruction
1. Find in directories of Outlook the special file in which all data which are stored in a format as pst should be stored. It is necessary to copy it and to save in the separate folder. It, first of all, is necessary to begin to restore remote letters.
2. Further download the special program which is called Free Hex Editor XVI32 from the Internet. It will help to edit your pst-file. Start a downloaded applet and open in it the file necessary to you. Before your eyes cells with some set of letters and digits will appear. It is necessary to count the seventh cell in the top row and to nullify values up to 13. You should find characters corresponding to these cells in the table on the right, left-click on them and click a space. After there is a zeroing of the right cells, in the left cells you will see digit 20.
3. Save the received changes. Then you need to find the so-called utility as SCANPST.EXE in the Program Files directories. It is provided at installation along with Outlook. Then you start this utility — to you the window of Inbox Repair Tool should open. You click Browse and specify path to the saved pst-file.
4. Start recovery process, having clicked Start. Further you will see a window which should warn you that the file was scanned, and found errors in it. Then it is necessary to click Repair for recovery of the database. It was necessary to click "OK" and to open again Outlook. Now the deleted letters will appear in mail again. There is also other option of recovery of remote letters.
5. If you have a latest version of Microsoft Outlook 2010, then it is necessary to open the folder in which there were "Entering", "Remote" or "Outgoing" letters. Having opened the Folder tab, select the Restore Remote Elements item. Then the program will issue the list of notifications which need to be restored. You should select that letter which is necessary for you. Press the corresponding button of recovery of files.
