You faced need of transfer of the domain to other logger. In other words, you need to replace a hosting. You should not go into details of the reasons, it is not of particular importance. So, to move to a new hosting is a business not really simple, treat it with all responsibility, observing an established order of actions.
Instruction
1. Create the backup copy of the database of your website (Mysql). Use for this purpose Sypex Dumper script – create the copy of a DB and make its export on the PC. Archive then all files and also directories which are included in your resource.
2. For experienced programmers the packaging of files in tar.qz – Unix archive will be optimum. For this purpose use any the file manager, convenient for you.
3. Further it is necessary to register the new domain on the selected hosting. Do not forget to mention in registration process that you will transfer the website to it.
4. After creation of the domain come into the hosting control panel to create there the new database for your website, I am empty. Further copy all files and directories of your DB on a hosting. You can use for this purpose the FTP protocol or by means of SSH and also the wget command (here is how it will look: wget http://старый_адрес_сайта.ru/файл_архива_файлов_сайта.tgz). The second option quicker. Copy archive in the new domain, namely - in its root directory.
5. When copying ends, unpack archive by means of the corresponding command then it is necessary to delete records about the domain from the control panel of an old hosting.
6. Change DNS records of the domain, update them because the website will become unavailable on the old domain now. However you will need to save your captive audience therefore it is necessary to inform it beforehand that people knew what will become the new address of the website.
7. To change DNS records, come into the panel of management of the logger of domain names, in settings enter DNS servers of new hosting provider. Updates some time will be invalid. That they began to work, wait about several hours.
8. Further it is necessary to recover data in a new DB. To import to it the saved tables, use Sypex Dumper. For access to a DB install a new sheaf "login password".
9. After completion of import of a DB change the CMS configuration file, having changed the login with the password and the name DB. Things are easy – check access rights to files and directories and also that, how correctly your website is started on a new hosting.
