Unloading of data is one of the most widespread operations in 1C-programming. At the same time it can represent some complexity when performing as at transfer there is a need of filtering of information.
Instruction
1. Start the 1C application. Through the Files menu open the Reference book tab and set the elements describing arrangement of configurations both a data sink, and their source and also files which contain rules of transfer. Specify path to the file of processing of unloading if it is necessary.
2. Enter the necessary configuration to the eponymous reference book. Through the option "Configuration Objects" set elements for the description of objects of metadata of configurations. Click the Columns key that the column "Description of Changes" became visible. If earlier these objects were already entered here, they will be noted and replaced.
3. Compare compliance of objects in configurations of a source and the receiver. Division of one origin object into different objects receivers and vice versa, for example, several sources can be integrated in one receiver the Create the Receiver command is allowed. On the Unloading and Data Loading of XML tab click the Save Attributes button to set the corresponding rules.
4. Go to the tab with the Export menu. Set the rules for objects defining unloading path (note if it is necessary, the points "Replace", "Save the Copy" and so forth), and properties of attributes for the indication of a way of transition of origin objects to objects receivers. For this purpose, for example, check opposite to the Delete the Previous Version point, etc. In case of lack of funds for implementation of unloading of copies of sources of a condition of data transmission it is possible to set in more detail on the Choice of Separate Objects tab.
5. Specify on the Export tab as it is necessary to transform the attribute or an object possessing this attribute. For this purpose opposite to the title of the reference book fill fields of final path and permission of the file. It must be done in order that data of an origin object and object receiver matched. The value of the receiver can be received from any available attributes of a source on the Attributes tab.
6. Select a suitable way of unloading of the reference book, having specified the corresponding conditions on the Attributes tab. It is possible to unload only history of periodic attributes or relevance. For documents it is necessary to click "Execute Search of a Table Part". Carrying out unloading, use the Search mode helping with streamlining of objects by the code, a name and any set of the chosen attributes.
