Apple pie - classical delicacy to tea. There are many recipes of its preparation. One of such are also these pastries with apple filling. Its feature is that pie with a rosemary branch for giving of aroma is baked, and moves with vanilla ice cream.
It is required to you
- For 2 portions:
- - 1 sweet-sour apple;
- - 1 tablespoon of a desi;
- - The 3rd tablespoon of sugar;
- - 1 packing of the frozen puff pastry;
- - 1 vitellus;
- - 1-2 branches of fresh rosemary (at will);
- - vanilla ice cream (for giving).
Instruction
1. Leave dough at the room temperature to be defrozen. Peel, cut apple on cubes on 1 cm.
2. In a small pan to kindle a desi, to pour out the cut apples and sugar.
3. Hold on average fire of 10-15 minutes until the most part of liquid from apple evaporates, and pieces won't become more transparent. Switch off fire, to set aside a pan aside.
