How to prepare sprats from a bleak in the multicooker

Preparation of a dish will require the following ingredients: 1 kg of a bleak, 10 teaspoons of krupnolistovy tea leaves, 75 ml of vegetable oil, 400 ml of boiled water, salt tablespoon, ground black pepper, bay leaf, carnation. At will it is possible to use a soy-bean sauce.

At small fishes cut off heads and accurately delete an entrails. The cleaned bleak is carefully washed out in cold flowing water. Make tea boiled water and insist within 10 minutes.

The cleaned bleak shift in a multicooker bowl. Add spices and salt to a bowl. Frying of fish and other ingredients and also for greasing of a baking sheet will require vegetable oil. The cleaned fish is rubbed with spices and rolled in flour. Then a bleak slightly fry on vegetable oil. Potatoes are boiled, cooled and cut thin circles. The onions are thinly sliced half rings. Mushrooms wash out and cut small segments. On the warmed vegetable oil fry onions with mushrooms. The baking tray is oiled vegetable. In the center spread the fried fish, at the edges of a baking sheet — potatoes. Over it put mushrooms and onions. All ingredients plentifully grease with sour cream. Cheese is grated and strew with it a dish. The baking tray is sent to the oven which is warmed up up to 180 wasps. The dish has to be baked about 15-20 minutes before formation of a golden cheese crust.
