Semolina porridge is popular with parents of little children and with adults already several decades too. It is cooked by houses and in kindergarten, give in public dining rooms. But how to make it it is correct i.e. so that there were no lumps? A secret is simple, write down the recipe.

It is required to you

  • - semolina - 4 h a spoon with the hill;
  • - a fresh milk - 250 ml;
  • - white sugar - 2 h a spoon;
  • - a desi - 10 grams;
  • - salt - 0.4 h a spoon.

Instruction

1. First of all it is necessary to pour in a pan of milk and to put it on gas. Wait until liquid begins to boil.

2. Take clean ware: glass, bowl, cup. Fill in it the necessary amount of semolina. Add salt and sugar, it is good to mix.

3. As soon as milk boils, to begin to pour into it mix from semolina and spices. It is necessary to do it accurately, a thin stream, holding a bowl in one hand. Another it is necessary to mix weight in ware at once and intensively. Remember that in ware at once nothing good will leave dumping of all weight.

4. After a rash of all mix from semolina and spices in a pan everything is necessary once again well to mix. Allow porridge to be boiled thoroughly within 3-5 minutes. Put an oil piece (optional!). Switch off gas. Cover a pan. Leave weight for insisting aside.

5. In 15 minutes after you tried to cook semolina porridge on milk without lumps and switched off gas, it can already be eaten. For improvement of taste it is possible to pour oat or corn flakes into a plate, to put berries. It is, of course, not obligatory. But time is more tasty why and isn't present?!
