It is required to you
- - bananas of 3 pieces;
- - walnuts 150 гр.;
- - desi pack;
- - sugar 200 гр.;
- - flour 200 гр.;
- - vanillin 1 of the item;
- - sour cream 50 гр.;
- - eggs of 2 pieces;
- - baking soda of 1 tsp;
- - baking powder of ½ tsps.
- - sunflower oil of 20 ml.
Instruction
1. Peel bananas and wipe them through a sieve. Then small cut walnuts.
2. Take a pan, put on small fire and kindle a desi pack. Then remove it from a plate and add sugar, vanillin, baking powder and eggs. Carefully mix.
3. Add the wiped bananas, sour cream and baking soda to the received mix. Mix to a uniform state.
4. Further we add flour and the cut walnuts. Slightly we mix.
5. We spread a spoon mix in the form oiled by sunflower. We warm an oven up to 180 гр. also we bake within 20 minutes.
