Brisket – a meat delicacy which it is possible just to prepare quickly and in house conditions. And you will be helped with it by the multicooker. The brisket made in the multicooker will turn out very tasty and juicy, even without special spices and seasonings. Any meat will be suitable for preparation: pork, mutton, veal. Meat needs to be taken from a chest part therefore the dish "brisket" is called.

It is required to you

  • - brisket – 1 kg;
  • - salt, pepper, coriander (seeds),
  • - dry greens (parsley, fennel, a basil) – to taste.

Instruction

1. To properly wash out meat, to cut it on flank steaks.

2. Rub each piece with salt, pepper and other spices.

3. Inwrap separate pieces of the prepared meat in a foil.

4. Put all pieces in a multicooker bowl. If all pieces don't enter on a bowl bottom, it is possible to put them in private.

5. Turn on the multicooker and put on the Pastries mode for 1 hour 10 minutes. If the multicooker has the power less than 700 W, then time to expose - 1 hour 20 minutes.

6. After the end of time it is necessary to get meat from a bowl carefully. Allow pieces to cool down, and then to put them at several o'clock in the fridge. Meat turns out very juicy, tasty and fragrant.
