For fans of sweeties I have a recipe of fantastically tasty crimson fruit candy. Of course, it is necessary to cook it a dish long enough, but the result justifies itself wholly.

It is required to you

  • - raspberry puree - 1 kg;
  • - sugar - 400-500 g;
  • - icing sugar.

Instruction

1. First of all touch raspberry: remove from it all garbage and the rumpled berries. Then place it in a colander and wash a baking plate with cold flowing water. You keep raspberry in a colander till that time until from it all water flows down.

2. The washed-out berry, having shifted in the small enameled cup, send to an oven. There it has to get warm properly. After this procedure miss raspberry through a sieve, thus having turned it into pyureobrazny weight.

3. Lay out raspberry puree in ware with a deep bottom and shake up it for 40 minutes - it has to turn white and become slightly more in volume. When it occurs, enter granulated sugar into berry weight and shake up it about a quarter more of hour.

6. After passing of 2 hours accurately turn berry weight on other party and you dry it further. When the sweet completely is dried and will cease to stick to palms, you can give it to a table. The crimson fruit candy is ready!
