  • In batter:

    • egg - 1 piece;
    • vegetable oil;
    • milk - 150 ml;

    • onions;
    • vegetable oil.
    • In tomato sauce:
    • mussels - 10 pieces;
    • onions - 1 piece;
    • tomatoes - 3 pieces;
    • olives - 50 g.
    • Vinaigrette:
    • mussels - 150 g;
    • potatoes - 2 pieces;
    • carrots - 1 piece;
    • beet - 1 piece;
    • pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces;
    • onions - 1 piece.
    • Rice salad:
    • mussels - 500 g;
    • rice - 100 g;
    • egg - 2 pieces;
    • tomatoes - 1 piece;
    • vegetable oil.

Instruction

1. It is possible to diversify the daily menu, having prepared for mussels in batter. Schuck mussels. Mix milk, sugar, flour and a vitellus. Carefully mix. Beat egg white in dense foam and add to dough. Dip mussels in batter and fry in a large number of vegetable oil. Lay out a ready-to-eat meal on shutters and decorate with fresh greens and slices of a lemon.

2. Mussels are well combined with potato. Boil mollusks in water or milk with addition of bay leaf and a black pepper within 20 minutes. Then cool and get from shutters.
