It is required to you

  • - buckwheat 1 glass;
  • - champignon mushrooms of 300 g;
  • - sour cream of 100 ml;
  • - chopped greens;
  • - wheat flour 2 teaspoons;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - lettuce leaves;
  • - salt.

Instruction

1. Wash out buckwheat, leave in cold water for 30-40 minutes. Then drain water, shift buckwheat in a pan, fill in with two glasses of water. Cover, you cook on average fire, without mixing until water completely evaporates.

2. Clean mushrooms from a thin skin. Wash up, dry, slice thin. In a frying pan heat vegetable oil. Fry mushrooms within 5-6 minutes on average fire.
