Buckwheat cereal with pork ribs in the multicooker

Pork ribs with buckwheat cereal are unusual, useful and very rich dish. Buckwheat is perfectly combined with any meat, during cooking they give each other all best. Preparation of this dish in the multicooker won't require a lot of time and efforts – it is necessary just to put all necessary ingredients and to wait until the great dinner is ready.

It is required to you

  • - 500 g of pork ribs;
  • - 1 glass of buckwheat;
  • - 2 glasses of water;
  • - 1 head of onions;
  • - 1 carrots;
  • - 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • - salt and spices to taste.

Instruction

1. We add sunflower oil to a bowl of the multicooker, we spread in it pork ribs and we fry them 15 minutes from each party in the Frying or Pastries mode.

2. While ribs are fried, we wash out buckwheat, small we cut onions and we grate carrots on an average grater.

3. We add buckwheat and the cut vegetables to the fried pork ribs, we salt and we season with spices to the taste.

4. We fill in all contents with two glasses of water, we mix, we close a cover of the multicooker and we switch it to the Buckwheat program.

5. The ready-to-eat meal turns out incredibly tasty, nourishing and fragrant. If desired buckwheat can be strewed with the crushed green onions or other greens.
