With addition of sour cream dough for cake becomes more gentle and more tasty. Cream for this tasty cake is prepared from oil and a condensed milk, condensed milk is added to dough too therefore sugar in the recipe is absent.

It is required to you

  • For the test:
  • - 2 glasses of flour;
  • - 250 g of sour cream;
  • - 200 g of condensed milk;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 2 tablespoons of cocoa;
  • - 1 h soda spoon.
  • For cream:
  • - 200 g of condensed milk;
  • - 200 g of a desi;
  • - nuts.

Instruction

1. Mix sour cream with eggs to uniformity, add condensed milk, flour and soda.

2. Divide the turned-out dough into two parts, add cocoa powder to one.

3. Oil two forms, in one pour dark dough, in the second - light.

4. Bake two cake layers (20 minutes at a temperature of 210 degrees), cool, without taking out from a form.

5. Get the cooled-down cake layers, cut everyone lengthways in half - two dark and two light cake layers will turn out.

6. Shake up a desi with condensed milk that sweet cream turned out. On consistence it has to be steady and magnificent.

7. Miss the mark cake layers with cream, connect with each other, alternating on color. Too cover sides and a top of delicacy with cream, powder from above with any chopped nuts.
