This recipe of cake on a condensed milk should be noted to those hostesses who catastrophically don't have time for preparation of difficult culinary masterpieces, and there is a wish to indulge members of household with fragrant and tasty pastries very much. The recipe is rather simple and preparation of cake won't take away from you a lot of time.
It is required to you
- 4 eggs;
- 120 гр. torments;
- 1 bank of whole condensed milk;
- 50 гр. desi;
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar.
Instruction
1. Mix a condensed milk with eggs using the mixer working at low speed (it isn't necessary to shake up mix). To add well thawed desi to an egg milk mix and again to mix everything.
2. To carefully sift wheat flour and to mix it with baking powder then to add sugar to flour, to mix and connect to the first mix of their condensed milk, eggs and oils. Place well kneaded dough in the form covered by baking paper and powdered with flour. Bake cake about 35 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees.
3. Take out ready cake from a form and cool then to powder with icing sugar, or to decorate, voluntarily, with fruit, grated chocolate or nuts.
