- – condensed milk (220 g);
- – egg (1 piece);
- – baking powder (2 g);
- – flour (110 g);
- – desi (40 g);
- – vanillin (1 g);

Instruction
1. At first it is necessary to prepare carrots. For this purpose vegetable it is necessary to wash out, remove carefully the top peel and to crush by means of a small grater. Further take a desi, shift in deep capacity, warm on a water bath or in the microwave oven.
2. Add a desi to grated carrots, carefully mix. Then put in mix from oil and carrots a condensed milk, hammer egg and salt to taste. The turned-out weight needs to be mixed well. For this purpose it is possible to use the blender or a usual culinary nimbus. It will be a basis for the test.
3. Sift flour through a small sieve several times, add a baking powder to flour. Accurately rub flour and baking powder into dough. Once again mix before formation of uniform consistence. Dough has to turn out average density. Leave ready dough for some time for insisting.
4. Prepare deep capacity for baking of cake. Lay a bottom culinary parchment, having leveled paper on all parties. Pour out dough in a form and stir up for the purpose of leveling a little.
5. Put cake for preparation in an oven. Bake about 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees depending on the level of heating of an oven.
