Cake ""Orchard"

Such cake will become decoration of any table! Fresh, light and gentle ""Orchard"" is nice to the taste and is remarkably combined with a green tea!

It is required to you

  • For the test:
  • - 250 g of flour
  • - 200 g of sugar
  • - 8 eggs
  • For a stuffing:
  • - 300 ml of cream
  • - 80 g of sugar
  • - 10 g of gelatin
  • For ornament:
  • - 200 g of the crushed walnuts
  • - 2 apples of average size
  • - 1 orange
  • - 2 kiwis
  • - 50 g of grapes

Instruction

1. We prepare a biscuit. We separate vitelluses from proteins. We beat whites to dense white foam. We fray yolks with sugar before receiving homogeneous mass. Then, we connect this two masses and, slowly adding flour there, we knead dough.

2. We pour out ready dough in the oiled form and we send to the oven which is in advance warmed up to 180-200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

3. We halve the cooled biscuit horizontally and we impregnate it with mix from whipped cream, gelatin and sugar.

4. We will be engaged in ornament: - small we crush walnuts; - we slice a kiwi thin; - we divide orange into segments; - we wash apples, we delete a core and we slice thin.

5. Further, we shake up cream with sugar before receiving homogeneous mass and we cover with this mass of a side of a biscuit.

6. We decorate the top surface of a cake layer with segments of apples, a kiwi, grapes and orange. On each side we sprinkle our product with the crushed walnuts. From above we apply the stiffened gelatin on fruit or fruit to jelly.

7. Cake should be served to a table cooled!
