It is required to you

  • For the test:

  • For cream:
  • - 150 g of sugar;
  • - 50 ml of water;
  • - 2 egg whites;
  • - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Instruction

1. Make dough: pound flour with oil to a condition of a crumb, add a vitellus and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Fill up a dried peel from a half of a lemon. Knead dough, inwrap it in food wrap and remove in the fridge for half an hour.

2. Prepare proteinaceous cream: mix sugar with water in a saucepan, put on fire, you cook 10 minutes. Separately beat whites with a salt pinch within 10 minutes. Pour in a thick syrup in proteins a thin stream, shaking up weight. Shake up while cream doesn't podstynt, then add lemon juice for fixing, remove cream in the fridge.
