From a useful cauliflower it is possible to prepare tasty, rather nourishing and not too high-calorie dishes. Let's say the baked cabbage in cream. To all other, this food very simply is cooked.

It will be required to you: - 1 pack of the frozen cauliflower; - 150 grams of cream (fat content – at will); - 100 grams of a hard cheese;

- salt.

Include an oven on temperature about 200 wasps. Prepare deep, but not too wide a frying pan. Lay out on it from a package a cauliflower. Put in an oven.

When cabbage is warmed, pull out a frying pan and salt cabbage. It is possible to sort a fork it on inflorescences, to distribute them evenly in capacity. Again put a dish in an oven – for about 15-20 minutes. Make cheese: rub it on a large grater. When cabbage slightly blushes, carefully pull out a frying pan. Take cream, water with them a dish, mix. And generously strew with cheese. Again send a cauliflower to an oven (lower fire to 100 wasps). In about 10 minutes, food will be ready. Shift it in plates and give to a table. Add seasonings, greens to the taste if there is desire.
