Cranberry – sweet-sour berry with useful properties which improves work of an organism at the cellular level. Fruit drink from a cranberry contains the greatest number of vitamins. It is possible to make fruit drink at all seasons of the year from a fresh or frozen berries

Adults and children can use cranberry drink. In house conditions to make fruit drink it isn't difficult, even to the beginning cooks. At will, it is possible to add mint, ginger or honey to fruit drink, but only before consumption. If to prepare fruit drink for the winter, then it is better in pure form. It will provide a period of storage till 1 year. In a ready-made product the loss of a deposit is allowed.

On 500 g of berries of a cranberry it is required: sugar of 250 g, water of 2 l.

Way of preparation:

  • Touch, remove berries spoiled and rotten. Wash up and put in the ceramic or enameled ware. Metal ware isn't recommended to use not to allow darkening of berries.
