It is required to you

  • For cheesecakes:
  • - 250 grams of cottage cheese (it is better to take 5 or 7% of fat content)
  • - 2 tablespoons of flour for the test and 1 tablespoon - for rolling
  • - 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • - 1 egg
  • - 0.5 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
  • - small pinch of salt
  • - 1 teaspoon of white raisin without stones
  • - 3 pieces of prunes
  • - vegetable oil for frying
  • For sauce:
  • - 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • - 1 tablespoon of any liquid jam or 1 honey

Instruction

1. Carefully wash out raisin and prunes and fill in with water warm (not more hotly). Cover capacity and leave for 15-20 minutes.

2. Manually well bring down egg with sugar. That eggs were well shaken up, previously cool them and add salt. Egg mix has to become whitish color. Add to it vanilla sugar and stir before its full dissolution.

3. Wipe cottage cheese through a sieve or well knead it a fork. Connect egg mix with cottage cheese, mix and add flour. It is better to knead dough hands. If it turns out thinnish, add a little more flour.

4. Drain water from raisin and prunes. Dry them on a paper towel or a napkin, small chop and add to dough.

5. Well mix dough and leave it on half of hour to have a rest. During this time excess moisture will manage to be absorbed, and dough will become even more tasty.

6. In a frying pan warm sunflower oil. Moist hands pinch off small lumps from the test, form of them shaybochka, roll in flour and put on a frying pan. Fry cheesecakes from two parties to a ruddy crust on average fire.

7. For sauce mix to uniformity sour cream with jam or honey. Sauce hot cheesecakes and give on a table.
