  • - cherry fresh - 1 kg;
  • - granulated sugar - 0.5 kg;
  • - citric acid - 3 g;
  • - gelatin in granules - 25 g;
  • - instant coffee - 2-3 tablespoons;
  • - cocoa - 3 tablespoons;
  • - cherry brandy, cognac - 50 ml.

Instruction

1. Wash out the made cherry in water. Remove stones from berries and a fruit stem, but keep juice. Put in a volume basin, it is better in copper.

2. Pour berries granulated sugar, mix. Add all loose ingredients listed in the recipe namely - instant coffee, cocoa and citric acid. Again mix products.

3. In the last turn bring in a berry batch of a granule of gelatin, stir it carefully. Leave ware with future cooking for 2 hours. During this time berries will give juice in which all ingredients will be dissolved.
