It is required to you

  • For two portions:
  • - 100 g of chick-pea;
  • - 2 eggplants;
  • - 2 garlic gloves;
  • - 4 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 4 stalks of parsley;
  • - 1 bunch of cilantro;
  • - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • - 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar;
  • - on 1/2 h a spoon of ground paprika and seeds of cumin;
  • - sea salt to taste.

Instruction

1. Wet chick-pea for the night. Then drain water, boil in slightly salty water to softness (60-90 minutes), only don't digest!

2. Cut eggplants large into cubes, roast in olive oil to a ruddy crust, salt to taste, you extinguish until ready. Cool eggplants.

3. Crush garlic gloves, parsley, cilantro, add cumin, paprika, lemon juice, vinegar.
