It is required to you
- For two portions:
- - 100 g of chick-pea;
- - 2 eggplants;
- - 2 garlic gloves;
- - 4 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 4 stalks of parsley;
- - 1 bunch of cilantro;
- - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- - 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar;
- - on 1/2 h a spoon of ground paprika and seeds of cumin;
- - sea salt to taste.
Instruction
1. Wet chick-pea for the night. Then drain water, boil in slightly salty water to softness (60-90 minutes), only don't digest!
2. Cut eggplants large into cubes, roast in olive oil to a ruddy crust, salt to taste, you extinguish until ready. Cool eggplants.
3. Crush garlic gloves, parsley, cilantro, add cumin, paprika, lemon juice, vinegar.
4. Mix together chick-pea, eggplants, fragrant gas station. If it is required - add some salt. Remove in the fridge for 2 hours, the dish has to infuse.
