It is required to you

  • - 1 chicken;
  • - 1 bunch of soup root roots (celery);
  • - 50 grams of flour;
  • - 2 tsps of spicy seasoning of a curry;
  • - juice of 1 lemon;
  • - 5 circles of pineapple;
  • - 250 гр. cream;
  • - salt

Instruction

1. Prepare chicken, wash out in flowing water. Clean, cut vegetables straws.

2. Pour water in a pan to salt, put chicken together with roots. Bring to the boil, lower the power of a plate and cook chicken until ready. We check readiness a fork: if the fork easily punctures meat, then chicken is ready.

3. Take out the boiled chicken, put aside. Filter broth through a sieve. Divide chicken into flank steaks.

4. Heat a frying pan, fry thoroughly flour without addition of oil till golden color. Then gradually a stream to pour in broth in flour, constantly stirring slowly. Sauce on consistence has to remind dense sour cream. Boil thoroughly sauce at constant stirring of 10 min., then salt, pour in lemon juice and pour a curry. Boil thoroughly 5 min. and pour in cream and the cut pieces of pineapples.

5. To lay out pieces of chicken in a deep dish and to fill in with sauce. It is possible to serve with boiled rice. When giving to strew with greens.
