It is required to you

  • - 300 g of champignons;
  • - 1 bulb;
  • - 200 g of cherry tomatoes;
  • - 100 ml. cream 35% fat;
  • - 2 garlic gloves;
  • - olive oil for frying.

Instruction

1. Wash out mushrooms and cut thin plates. Clean a bulb and small chop. Cut some cherry on halves. Put a frying pan with olive oil on strong fire and let's it be warmed.

2. While oil is warmed garlic clean and cut each clove on two halves. Fry garlic on oil within 2 minutes on slow fire. As soon as oil incorporated a smell and taste of garlic, move away him. In oil lay out the crushed onions and brown till transparent color.

3. Constantly stir slowly it when frying. Add champignons to a frying pan and slightly increase fire. As soon as all liquid evaporated, add some cherry. Well mix everything and you extinguish even not less minutes. Further pour out cream in a frying pan and again you extinguish on average fire within 10 minutes.
