The crunchy marinated cucumbers made according to this recipe have a pungent sweet-sour flavor. Expecting guests, it is possible to pickle just per day such cucumbers and to be sure that they won't stand in the fridge.
It is required to you
- On one bank of 600 ml:
- - the cucumbers which are (thinly cut) - 2 glasses;
- - the onions (cut) - 1/4 glasses;
- - the paprika (cut) - 1/4 glasses.
- For preparation of marinade:
- - a table vinegar of 9% - 1/3 glasses;
- - granulated sugar - 3/4 glasses;
- - salt - 1 tsp.
Instruction
1. Scrape seeds, wash and small chop a paprika. Clean onions and cut in small cubes.
2. Wash cucumbers and chop thin strips. Mix vegetables and lay in in advance prepared sterilized to bank.
3. Add 9% to a saucepan vinegar, salt and sugar, bring marinade to the boil. Fill in with a ready warm marinade vegetables in bank. Cool to bank and remove in the fridge. Day later cucumbers can be given on a table.
4. If you want to keep cucumbers for the winter, then, having filled in marinade in bank, wait 10 minutes and merge marinade in a pan. Again boil marinade and again fill in vegetables.
5. Close to bank the sterilized screwing-up cover. Turn to bank and wrap up it with a towel before full cooling. You store to bank with cucumbers in the cool dark place.
