It is required to you

  • - 1 kg of potatoes;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 1 glass of milk;
  • - 200 g of cheese (it is better to take cheese of a firm grade);
  • - 1 garlic glove;
  • - 50 g of a desi;
  • - ½ teaspoons of nutmeg;
  • - black pepper to taste;
  • - 2 teaspoons of seasoning for potatoes.

Instruction

1. Select large potatoes of one size, wash well by means of a brush. Remove a peel from potatoes and cut potatoes circles, 2 mm thick. Grate cheese.

2. Take a deep bowl and pour in it some milk. Hammer egg and add ¼ part of cheese. Add nutmeg, black pepper and seasoning. Mix, but don't shake up.

3. Peel garlic and divide each segment into two parts. Well rub a form in which potatoes will be baked with garlic and process oil.

4. Warm an oven to 200 degrees. Spread potatoes in a form so that each circle was a little lapped on another. Fill in potatoes with the prepared cheese sauce. From above strew a dish with the remains of cheese and put small pieces of a desi. Place in an oven and bake 40–50 minutes.
