Vegetables are an important component of a daily diet. They can be used in a crude, fried, stewed, boiled look. In the last years the vegetables made on a grill and on couple began to be popular. Such way of preparation allows to keep bigger amount of vitamins and mineral substances.
It is required to you
- potatoes - 4 pieces;
- eggplants - 3 pieces;
- onions - 2 heads;
- tomatoes - 4 pieces;
- vegetable oil;
- garlic head;
- greens;
- salt
- sprinkling pepper - to taste;
- paprika - 2 pieces.
Instruction
1. Wash up and peel potatoes and eggplants from a thin skin. Cut them in cubes. Use eggplants for preparation young people as outgrown contain a large number of seeds and taste bitter.
2. Fill in potatoes with a small amount of water and put to cook for about 10 minutes. Roast eggplants on vegetable oil to semi-readiness.
3. Clean 2 heads of onions (1 large), carrots from a thin skin, paprika - from a fruit stem and sunflower seeds. Wash vegetables, cut in cubes.
4. Throw tomatoes into the boiling water for 2-3 minutes. As soon as the thin skin bursts, remove it. Cut the peeled tomatoes in cubes.
5. Roast vegetables on sunflower oil to semi-readiness in such order: carrots, onions, tomatoes.
6. Add fried vegetables and fresh paprika to potatoes, salt and extinguish everything together 10-15 minutes.
7. Clean a small head of garlic, small chop it and add to vegetables in 2-3 minutes prior to the end of preparation. In the same time strew a dish with fresh ground pepper.
8. Serve the dish to a table warm and strewed with small crushed greens.
