Potatoes baked in an oven - it is so tasty! But whether it is possible to make it even more tasty and to turn in idle time, but very interesting dish? It is possible if to bake potatoes together with meat in the most unusual way, and then it is beautiful to give to a table with cheese, green onions and vegetables.

It is required to you

  • - large potatoes (4-6 pieces from calculation one potato - one portion);
  • - 600 g of meat for forcemeat (at your discretion);
  • - 50 g of bacon or fat (it is even better - broadtail fat);
  • - 2 bulbs of the average size;
  • - garlic segment;
  • - salt;
  • - black sharp or allspice;
  • - cheese (Parmesan, Maasdam - on your taste), green onions for giving to a table

Instruction

1. Prepare meat: wash up, drain, remove veins, films and small stones. Cut on small pieces. Peel onions and garlic.

2. Make forcemeat from meat, bacon (broadtail fat), onions and garlic. Salt, pepper, miss once again via the meat grinder. Cover with food wrap and put in the fridge for a couple of hours: it will improve taste of forcemeat.

3. Carefully wash up potatoes and drain.

4. Take one potato and cut it on two parts in length (the same as cut bun for hamburger).

5. In each half by means of a spoon accurately make deepening in such a way that thickness of the remained wall was about 7-8 mm.

6. Fill deepenings in both halves with forcemeat, connect them and it is dense, without leaving any space, inwrap in two layers of a foil.

7. Repeat steps 4-6 for other potatoes.

8. Roasting of potatoes takes place in three stages. Warm an oven to 200 degrees. Lay out potatoes on a baking tray or a lattice, place in an oven and bake 15 minutes.

9. Reduce temperature to 170-180 degrees and bake 20 more minutes.

10. Establish temperature of 120-130 degrees and in such mode bring a dish to full readiness. Depending on potatoes size, on it from 40 to 70 minutes will leave.

11. Get potatoes from an oven. Lay out on plates, open with accurately kitchen scissors a foil and move apart on two parts.

12. So far a hot dish, strew it with small polished cheese cut by green onions. It is in addition possible to serve mayonnaise or yogurt sauce with lemon juice, garlic and greens, and also cut tomatoes, cucumbers or any vegetable salad.
