How to bake pork carbonade

The pork carbonade baked in an oven – one of the lightest ways of preparation of meat. Bake carbonade with onions, potatoes, a thyme and bay leaf, and for a holiday table it is possible to prepare a dish with champignons under a mustard sauce.

It is required to you

  • For carbonade under a mustard sauce:
    • 500 g of carbonade;
    • 100 g of marinated champignons;
    • greens;
    • For a mustard sauce:
    • 4 tablespoons of seeds of white mustard;
    • 1 teaspoon of seeds of black mustard;
    • 1/2 teaspoons of seeds of a coriander;
    • on 1/2 h a spoon black and chili powder;
    • 5-6 tablespoons of heavy cream;
    • For pork carbonade
    • baked in an oven:
    • 5 kg of carbonade;
    • garlic;
    • dry paprika;
    • tomato sauce;
    • salt;
    • vegetable oil.

Instruction

1. Carbonade under mustard to a sousomsmeshayta seeds of mustard and a coriander with black and chili powder. Add the garlic gloves and cream which are passed through a press. Salt to taste and carefully mix.

9. Switch off an oven and, without opening a door, leave in it meat before full cooling of an oven. It is better to prepare carbonade from this recipe for the night.
