It is required to you

  • - cottage cheese - 500 g;
  • - sugar - 1.3 glasses;
  • - eggs - 4 pieces;
  • - a desi - 100 g;
  • - sour cream - 100 ml;
  • - semolina - 5 tablespoons;
  • - persimmon - 2 pieces;
  • - starch - 3 tablespoons;
  • - a lemon dried peel - 1 tablespoon;
  • - salt;
  • - vanilla sugar - 1 bag.

Instruction

1. With persimmon make the following: remove a thin skin, cut on a part and take stones. Place the cut fruit in the blender and crush. Then add 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, a lemon dried peel and starch to the received weight. Carefully mix everything. The stuffing is ready.

2. Miss cottage cheese through a sieve and connect to the following products: the glass of sugar, sour cream softened by a desi and vanilla sugar. Carefully shake up this mix by means of the blender to homogeneous mass. Then add to it semolina. Properly mix everything.

3. In separate ware connect eggs and the remains of granulated sugar. Carefully shake up this mix then mix it from cottage cheese.

4. Cover a form for roasting with the sheet of parchment and lay out on it weight from cottage cheese. The stuffing should be spread on curds in the small portions so that it was evenly distributed on all cheesecake.

5. The oven needs to be warmed up to the temperature of 180 degrees and to send to it to be baked a dish approximately for 1 hour. Cheesecake with persimmon is ready!
