Arugula - a grass with spicy mustard taste. Arugula and chicken salad is original and simple in preparation. At the same time each hostess can experiment with structure of salad and sauce - it is possible to add red onions, a soft cheese, etc. Everyone will find the ideal taste!

It is required to you

  • For two portions:
  • Chicken fillet of 1 piece.
  • Leaf lettuce
  • Tomato of 1 piece.
  • Cucumber of 1 piece.
  • Fried sesame
  • Sour cream 3 tablespoons
  • Mustard in a Dijon way 1 h spoon
  • Soy-bean sauce 1 tablespoon

Instruction

1. We wash out chicken fillet, we cut lengthways on two pieces. We stew fillet in a frying pan with a small amount of water until ready.

2. While chicken is cooked, we wash thoroughly and we dry greens and vegetables.

3. On a flat plate we spread a half of salad, from above arugula, further - cucumbers and tomatoes. We form two portions.

4. We season ready chicken with favourite spices and we fry her in a dry frying pan to a light flush a little.

5. We cut ready fillet across on pieces and it is beautifully spread each half over salad.

6. For preparation of sauce it is necessary to mix 3 tablespoons of sour cream, a tablespoon of a soy-bean sauce and a teaspoon of mustard. It is possible to add greens.

7. We sauce salad from above, without mixing. From above we decorate with fried sesame (at will). We give at once. Enjoy your meal!
