It is required to you

  • - 1 kg of fresh cucumbers;
  • - on 250 ml of rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar;
  • - 120 ml of water;
  • - on 2 tablespoons of salt, sugar;
  • - on 2 h a spoon of caraway seeds, chili pepper;
  • - 1 h spoon of ground cinnamon.

Instruction

1. Wash out cucumbers, cut them with thin circles. In a stewpan pour both rice, and apple cider vinegar, add sugar and salt (the specified quantity). Pour in 120 ml of water. Add caraway seeds, chili pepper and a ground cinnamon.

2. Put a stewpan on fire, bring marinade to the boil, stirring slowly with it. Let's boil a little to stewpan contents, then disconnect fire.

3. Shift cucumbers in a dense plastic bag (take the package which is closed). Fill in cucumbers with a warm marinade, hermetically close a package and leave to be pickled.
