Very few people know about such product as a fern and if he knows, then very few people are able to train him. Therefore I submit the recipe of tasty salad from a fern with beef and vegetables.
It is required to you
- - 600 g of a fern salty
- - 300 g of a fresh beef without veins (it is better to use a scapula)
- - 1 average onion
- - 1 average carrots
- - soy-bean sauce
- - the wiped tomatoes or tomato paste of 1 tablespoon.
- - cooking oil
- - pinch of a black sprinkling pepper
- - garlic
Instruction
1. At first it is necessary to soak a fern in cold water within 6-8 hours.
2. Cut beef thin strips. Cut half rings onions and grate carrots.
3. Further on well heated deep frying pan we add a cooking oil and we fry on it onions and carrots till golden color. Then to add the cut meat and to fry 5-7 more minutes.
4. Further to add the soaked fern and to fry it with meat and vegetables of 10 more minutes. Then to add some spice a sprinkling pepper and to squeeze out garlic. Water all with a soy-bean sauce to taste and add grated tomato.
5. Everything carefully to mix, cover and extinguish until ready (25-30 minutes). This dish can be served as we heat, and cold.
