Fettuchini with seafood in creamy sauce

Fettuchini - a kind of the Italian paste which looks as wide flat tapes. Fettuchini can be trained with different components, very tasty dish will turn out with seafood, it needs to be added with gentle creamy sauce. After preparation the dish should give hour to infuse that sauce was properly absorbed.

It is required to you

  • For six portions:
  • - 500 g of paste of a fettuchina;
  • - 300 g of the cleaned shrimps;
  • - 300 g of the frozen mussels;
  • - 250 g of a ring of a squid;
  • - 250 ml of cream of 20% fat content;
  • - 150 g of an octopus;
  • - 1 chicken breast;
  • - 1 red bulb;
  • - 3 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce;
  • - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
  • - pepper, mix of spices for seafood.

Instruction

1. Defreeze seafood by means of boiled water - lay seafood in a saucepan, completely fill in with water.

2. Cut chicken breast. Cut meat with pieces. Pour in olive oil in a stewpan, roast chicken.

3. Put water for paste, salt to taste, add to it olive oil. Boil pasta on average fire.

4. Crush a bulb, add to chicken.

5. From seafood drain water, add to chicken, reduce fire, leave for 7 minutes. Pour in lemon juice, add pepper with spices, fill in with cream. Mix, add a soy-bean sauce which will add to a piquancy dish. If sauce turns out very salty, add some cream.

6. Send to seafood paste and chicken, mix, you weary together 5 minutes.
