  • - 0.5 glasses of dry red wine;
  • - 1 bulb;
  • - 3 garlic gloves;
  • - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - pepper, salt.

Instruction

1. Boil to the fetuchchena to softness in the added some salt water, cast away on a colander.

2. Wash out mushrooms (it is possible to take fresh champignons), small cut. Peel onions and garlic gloves, crush.

3. In a frying pan kindle a desi, pour in olive oil. Roast onions with garlic within 15 minutes on weak fire.

4. After that add to a frying pan forcemeat with mushrooms, mix.

5. 15 minutes later add green peas, pour in red wine. Season with pepper and salt. Almost all liquid has to be evaporated. Sauce is ready.
