  • - 1 tablespoon of pine nuts,
  • - 10 cherry tomatoes,
  • - olive oil,
  • - rosemary branch,
  • - salt

Instruction

1. Fetuchini boil in slightly added some salt water. Cut eggplants, zucchini, paprika and tomatoes on small squares.

2. In a frying pan warm olive oil and lay out a vegetable mix. Salt vegetables and fry about 5 minutes.

3. Small cut onions and add in vegetables. Fry vegetables with onions 2-3 more minutes.

4. Add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce to vegetables, mix, bring to the boil and you extinguish 10 minutes.

5. In a deep frying pan pour chicken broth and lay out the remained 2 spoons of tomato paste. Stir the received sauce and lay out in it the boiled fetuchin, stewed vegetables and olives cut in half. Cover and extinguish on slow fire 3-4 minutes.

6. Shift fetuchin with vegetables in a beautiful flat plate, strew with pine nuts and decorate with a rosemary branch.
