Frittata in the Indian style

Frittata (frittata) is the Italian kind of omelet with different stuffings among which there can be vegetables, meat, sausages. Frittatu is trained at first on a plate, and brought to readiness already in an oven. To give to a dish the Indian notes, it is possible to add a curry.

It is required to you

  • Ingredients on 4 persons:
  • - 2-3 spoons of any vegetable oil;
  • - 2 bulbs;
  • - garlic glove;
  • - 2 spoons of seasoning of a curry;
  • - 450 g of potatoes;
  • - 6 eggs of the average size;
  • - 100 g of the frozen green peas;
  • - several branches of cilantro (only leaves);
  • - salt and pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. We warm an oven up to 200C. We clean potatoes, we grate, carefully we wring out. Onions are crushed, we squeeze out garlic.

2. In a frying pan which can be used for an oven we warm vegetable oil, on small fire we fry onions within 10 minutes, constantly stirring slowly, we add garlic and a curry, we fry 1-2 more minutes.

3. We spread grated potatoes in a frying pan, we extinguish 5-8 minutes, stirring slowly from time to time.

4. We shake up eggs with salt and pepper, we pour in a frying pan, we add green peas and the crushed cilantro leaves, carefully we mix ingredients, we leave on a plate for 1-2 minutes, and then we put a frying pan in an oven.

5. We bake a frittata with a curry within 10-12 minutes, at once we give on a table, having strewed for appearance with cilantro leaves (at will).
